The NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN San Francisco HAS ISSUED a Red Flag Warning...WHICH IS IN EFFECT from 11 PM this evening to 9 AM PDT Monday for the the East Bay Hills and East Bay Interior Valleys and the Diablo Range. There is a potential for Northeast winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph in the hills Saturday night. Winds will ease during the day Sunday, but increase again Sunday night. The humidity will initially be above 50% Saturday night but lower into the teens on Sunday with little or no recovery Sunday night. All area that received little or no rain as well as the East Bay Hills could be affected and any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
