Obtaining a Residential Parking Permit

If you live on a block where a 4-hour zone is already established, you can obtain a Residential Parking Permit Application (FY19-20) here.

The Residential Parking Permit Application may be submitted by mail or email and must be accompanied by a copy of the resident’s current vehicle registration. If the address on the vehicle registration is different from the resident’s address, the resident must also provide proof of residency in the form of a utility bill or a rental lease. The permit fees for each of the zones are displayed on the application. A maximum of four permits may be issued to a single residence.
If you have questions regarding the application process, please call 510-215-4314.
