City Creek Policies:
The City’s General Plan contains numerous creek related goals and in 1995 the City Council joined the Cities of Albany, Berkeley, Richmond as well as UC Berkeley and the East Bay Regional Parks District in a Joint Watershed Goals Statement which committed each jurisdiction to work together to restore the watersheds of the joint jurisdictions to a healthy condition.
