A Tier II Design Review application was submitted in January 2021 for a proposed six-story building at 6501 Fairmount Avenue. This building would include 45 residential units; 1,800 square feet of ground floor commercial space; 35 vehicle parking spaces; 68 long term bicycle parking spaces; and 10 short term bicycle parking spaces. Five of the residential units would be affordable to moderate-income families earning between 80% and 120% of the area median income.
Once the applicant has addressed City staff comments and the application is considered complete, a publicly noticed Design Review Board hearing will be scheduled to consider this Tier II Design Review application. Revisions to the proposed project could result during this process.
