A Tier II Design Review application was submitted in January 2021 for a proposed six-story building at 6501 Fairmount Avenue. This building would include 45 residential units; 1,800 square feet of ground floor commercial space; 35 vehicle parking spaces; 68 long term bicycle parking spaces; and 10 short term bicycle parking spaces. Five of the residential units would be affordable to moderate-income families earning between 80% and 120% of the area median income.
This project is a Tier II Design Review project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan. The project was approved by the Design Review Board on December 1, 2021.
