This five-story building includes 50 residential units and 4 live-work units, 28 parking spaces, and 83 long-term bicycle parking spaces.
The site is within the Transit Oriented Higher Intensity Mixed Use (TOHIMU) zoning district. The application was submitted on January 18, 2019.
PUBLIC PROCESS
This project is a Tier IV Design Review project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan. This means it required action by the Planning Commission and Design Review Board. The Planning Commission approved the project on February 6, 2020. The Design Review Board approved the project on March 4, 2020.
